This in-person workshop will address all things toddler when it comes to their sleep. My goal is to provide the tools you will need to get your toddler's sleeping back on track while taking their emotional well-being and typical development into account. Topics include (but not limited to) transition to a big bed, delaying bedtime, nightlights, nightmares, nutrition, starting school, arrival of new sibling, tantrums, etc.
This in-person workshop is geared toward parents who have babies 6-8 months old. We will address how to set up healthy sleep foundations as well as specifically how to implement one gentle behavioral method, one "not so gentle" method, and one middle of the road behavioral method. You will be given the tools on how to implement each method step by step.
