I speak at a newborn mommy and me class a few times a month and a common question that is ALWAYS asked, is “how do I move bedtime earlier?”  Most newborns (ages 0-3 months) are going to bed relatively late, anywhere from 9-11pm at night. We put them to bed this late because we want to take advantage of their longest stretch of sleep by going to bed when they do.  Most moms don’t really want to crawl in bed at 7pm, so we naturally put them to bed when we do.
